What feedback will you leave me?


We always leave appropriate feedback and expect you to do the same. Our system is automated and returns the feedback you leave us. If you are unhappy and are thinking about leaving negative or neutral feedback please contact us and discuss why you are unhappy. Leaving either neutral or negative feedback without first contacting us will result in an instant negative reply. We believe in ebay and its community and on the rare occasion when things go wrong with a transaction we should be able to solve it like adults.
Do you give discount on postage?


We offer a £1 discount on each extra item. This may lead to expensive postage however there are other costs besides the cost of a stamp. Some items we make very little profit on, however due to the quality those items they can have very positive effect on our brand. Furthermore our customers demand competitive prices and thus we prefer to offer them with a competitive “total price” than not to offer them at all. We strive to provide great items at a competitive price and try and keep our total price below that of our competitors.
Can I return my item?


You can return your item if you let us know within 7 days of receipt. It must be in the condition on which it was received. You must send it back with a returns form (available on request) and proof of purchase. Please read our terms and conditions for more information. It is your responsibility to keep a copy of the invoices as proof of purchase. If you need to return an item please contact us via ebay@inoneword.co.uk
How can I pay for my item?

Paypal


Payment must be made via the ebay checkout. If you make the payment out side the checkout (directly to paypal@inoneword.co.uk) you must e-mail us informing us of the payment. Failure to do so may result in the delay of dispatch. You must ensure that the Paypal address sent with the payment is correct and the address you wish the item to be sent to. We will not beheld responsible if this address is incorrect. Including a different address in the payment note field is not an acceptable way to inform us of a change of address.


Credit / debit card


Payment must be made via our secure online payment website. Links can be found within the description of the item. If you require help or a link in an e-mail then please contact us. You must ensure that the address provided with the payment is correct and it is the address you wish the item to be sent to. We will not beheld responsible if this address is incorrect


Bank Transfer (BACS)


Payment must be made to: Sort code 40-31-30 Account No. 51641875 You must send an e-mail as soon as the payment has been made and it recommended that you follow up 3-4 days after the payment. Dispatched will follow 5-7 days after payment has been made You must ensure that the address registered with your ebay account is correct. We will post to any address at your request but reserve the right to post the item to your current address registered with ebay at the time of purchase. We will not be held responsible if the item was sent to this address.
Cheques and postal orders


We cannot take any responsibility for payment to be lost in the post. All postal orders must be crossed. You must ensure that the address registered with your ebay account is correct. How do I get proof of purchase?


Invoices and receipts can be obtained from the ebay and Paypal websites; these must be printed off as proof of purchase and are required for all returns. An invoice can be provided at your request within 30 days of the transaction.
