If you are purchasing the Goods or Services for private use (i.e. as a consumer as opposed to for business use), you have the right to cancel any contract within 7 days of receipt by you of the Goods or Services ("Cancellation Period"). However, you may not cancel any Service ordered from us once we have started to provide it to you with your agreement, you may also not cancel any Auction.

We will notify you of when we wish to collect the Goods. We will collect the Goods or Services within 21 days of our receiving notification of cancellation. We have the right to charge you for any direct costs incurred in collecting the Goods and will, at our option, deduct these from any sum owed to you.

If you do cancel a contract we will refund the monies you have paid to us within 30 days of you giving us cancellation notice and after the Goods have been returned.

We always include the postage to be charged in all auctions and Buy It Nows, this allows our customers to know exactly what their costs will be when making a purchase. We offer a £1 discount on every extra item purchased. In some cases this may seem expensive, however logistic is an expensive cost of our business and other costs are covered apart from just that of a stamp. Some items we make very little profit on, however due to the quality those items they can have very positive effect on our brand. Furthermore our customers demand competitive prices and thus we prefer to offer them with a competitive “total” price than not to offer them at all. We strive to provide great items at a competitive price and try and keep our total price below that of our competitors.

Items are dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of payment. There are no items dispatched over the weekend period.

Most items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class. They usually arrive within 3-4 days.

We have an efficient dispatch routine and any delay in the arrival of an item is due to the courier unless informed via e-mail to the contrary.

We have a very efficient turnaround time. Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. On the whole Royal Mail are very good and delivery our items within 3-4 days. However sometimes they do cause a delay and on those occasions we ask for your patients and understanding that there is little we can do to speed them up.

If after 20 days the item has not arrived please contact us to inform us of the problem. We will send you a form which you must fill out and return to us. It is a formal declaration the item has not arrived and you wish to make an insurance claim. You must agree to cooperate with any investigation held with Royal Mail / other courier and our insurance company (it is likely that they will contact you personally asking for details). We accept the return of the form in electronic or paper form (including fax). On receipt of your formal declaration we will issue you a replacement.

Refunds/Exchanges are only given when agreed to by us. All refund requests must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods. A returns form must be completed and returned to us along with the item and proof of purchase. Return forms are available on request. Failure to send the item with a returns form may result in the delay of your refund or replacement and may in some situations result in no refund or replacement.

All return shipping costs are met by you unless the item is initially received in a faulty state. In this case we will cover the costs.

Items that develop a fault and are under guarantee can be returned for a replacement or repair at our discretion. If an item is found to be faulty we will return the repaired unit or replacement to you at our cost. A returns form (available on request) must be completed and returned with the item along with a copy of the ebay invoice and the payment receipt (Paypal invoice, cheque/postal order serial, bank transfer date/ amount). It is your responsibility to print/keep a copy of the invoices as proof of purchase. If an item is received without proof of purchase no repair or replacement will be issued. Furthermore we will take no responsibility for the return of the item to you.

This is a return to base warrantee, you must return the item to us at your own cost.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock you will be contacted by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock, to cancel your order or select another item from the selection that we make available. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you.
